
This French country style loaf uses our white sour culture with a hefty blast of wholemeal flour, to produce a light tasty but wholesome, loaf.
This sourdough loaf is perfect with cheese, and cold meats as well as for mopping up hearty soups and stews. The wholemeal flour that we use is grown and milled at here in the UK.
