Created in November 2017, The Wee Comrie is a mellow cheese with a buttery taste and aroma. It has a natural rind formed after a 21 day maturing period.
As with all the Strathearn Cheese Co.'s cheeses, The Wee Comrie is made using pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
