Made by Dunlop Dairy in Ayrshire, Bonnet is named after Stewarton, the "Bonnet Toun" (where bonnets were made army regiments) and is made from the milk of Ann Doward's herd of Swiss Saanen goats using vegetarian rennet.
This smooth, crumbly cheese has a slightly sweet, nutty and herbaceous flavour and is a delicious addition to any cheese board.
