Lady Mary is a soft cows' milk cheese with a fresh lemony taste and which is subtly flavoured with truffle and wild garlic foraged along the River Earn.

As with at the Strathearn Cheese Co. cheeses, Lady Mary is made using vegetarian rennet and comes in compostable packaging.
