The Edinburgh Honey Co.'s Scottish Blossom Honey comes from their own apiary, located near the orchard of Falkland Estate in Fife, which allows the bees enjoy apple blossom nectar as well as clover, oak, lime and blossom from a whole array of native wildflowers.
The result is a deliciously delicately floral honey.

Crystallisation : Crystallisation is a naturally occurring process and does not affect the quality, safety of taste of the honey. To bring back to a runny state simply place the jar in warm water (up to 42°C) until the honey melts.
