
The Edinburgh Honey Co's Scottish Heather Honey comes from bees in their very own apiaries at the Gleneagles Hotel, Falkland Estate and in the Scottish Borders, which is then blended to make a honey which is rich in taste and very aromatic.

Crystallisation : Crystallisation is a naturally occurring process and does not affect the quality, safety of taste of the honey. To bring back to a runny state simply place the jar in warm water (up to 42°C) until the honey melts.
