A rich, buttery and fudge like honey made by bees feasting on nectar from Oilseed Rape on Scottish Farms.
As if that wasn't enough Rapeseed Honey is thought to help a sore throat and ward off the symptoms of hay fever (although we should point out that this is, as yet, not scientifically proven).

Crystallisation : Crystallisation is a naturally occurring process and does not affect the quality, safety of taste of the honey. To bring back to a runny state simply place the jar in warm water (up to 42°C) until the honey melts.
