Ingredients : Filling (50%): Cream (milk), king prawns (crustaceans) (23%), crayfish (crustaceans) (23%), lemon, chives, butter (milk), salt, garlic. Pasta (50%): Type 00 flour (wheat), free-range egg, cuttlefish ink (thickener: sodium carboxymethilcelulose) (crustaceans), olive oil, salt, turmeric.

Allergens : Milk, crustaceans, gluten from wheat. Produced in a site which handles crustaceans, fish, celery, mustard, molluscs and soy.

Shelf life : See packet

Cooking guidelines : Add salt to a pan or pot of water and bring to the boil, cook ravioli straight from frozen for 4 minutes on a rolling boil and strain the water.
