Ingredients : Wholegrain Scottish oats (46%), skimmed milk powder (milk), soft brown sugar, dried raspberries (1.9%), natural flavouring (raspberry (0.5%) and honey (0.5%)).
Allergens : Oats, milk. Made in a bakery that also handles nuts, soya, gluten from other cereals.
Nutritional information : Typical values per 100g: Energy 1478kJ/355kcal, fat 5.8g (of which saturates 1.1g) carbohydrates 60.0g (of which sugars 18.1g), fibre 6.9g, protein 15.9g, salt 0.31g.
Preparation instructions : See pot. 1. Shake pot then peel back lid. 2. Add boiling water to fill to line (approx. 160ml). 3. Stir well. 4. Leave to stand for 3 minutes. 5. Stir well again.
