A firm favourite with my regular customers. This sauerkraut is made with fresh turmeric root and fennel seeds.
Turmeric has been used in India for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb where is is believed to have anti-inflammatory effects and be a very strong antioxidant. Fennel has long been used as a remedy for flatulence and indigestion in traditional medicines and has be know to aid digestion.
