Produced by Bodegas Baron in Jerez, Spain, this complex sherry has flavours of crisp toffee, orange peel and plump raisins and can be enjoyed on its own or with some of East Coast Cured's very special Scottish charcuterie.
Coming from casks which will be used to mature the Port of Leith Distilleries future single malt, the Port of Leith Distillery decided that to make an outstanding single malt they first needed (amongst other things) very special barrels, from a very special sherry.
Founded in 1631, Bodegas Baron is a small sherry producer whose focus on quality has created a sherry which is sure to impress both seasoned and new-to sherry drinkers!
