Ingredients : Pasta (50%): free range egg, organic type 00 flour (wheat), turmeric, salt, olive oil. Filling (50%): Ricotta (55%) (milk), spinach (35%), lemon, garlic, butter (milk), nutmeg.
Allergens : Egg, gluten from wheat, milk. Produced in a site which handles crustaceans, fish, celery, mustard, molluscs and soy.

Cooking guidelines : Add salt to a pan or pot of water and bring to the boil, cook ravioli straight from frozen for 4 minutes on a rolling boil and strain the water.
