Pasta (50%): Type 00 flour (wheat), durum wheat, water, olive oil, salt, turmeric.

Cooking guidelines : Add salt to a pan or pot of water and bring to the boil, cook ravioli straight from frozen for 4 minutes on a rolling boil and strain the water.
