Mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, and a pinch of salt. These measurements can be changed with personal preference.
Dice a whole cucumber.
Cube 1 medium avocado.
Cube watermelon (or use a melon baller), making around 5 cups total.
Put the watermelon, cucumber, and avocado in a bowl.
Add your desired amount of mint, basil, and feta.
Drizzle with lime dressing and enjoy!
