Summer Watermelon Salad

Refreshing and easy to make, this watermelon salad is the perfect dish for a picnic or a meal in your back garden.


  1. Mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, and a pinch of salt. These measurements can be changed with personal preference.

  2. Dice a whole cucumber.

  3. Cube 1 medium avocado.

  4. Cube watermelon (or use a melon baller), making around 5 cups total.

  5. Put the watermelon, cucumber, and avocado in a bowl.

  6. Add your desired amount of mint, basil, and feta.

  7. Drizzle with lime dressing and enjoy!
